TERC's air quality research program is guided by the Air Quality Strategic Research Plan which is developed and updated as needed by TERC's Science Advisory Committee (SAC). The SAC is composed of nationally recognized air quality experts and policy-makers. TERC's Annual Reports provide the historical details of TERC's accomplishments as well as plans for the future.
