This project uses a three part strategy to assess point source emission in an effort to reconcile the measured and reported emission inventory. This project was selected initially but not funded in the RFP process. Part of the project consist of performing emissions and air quality data reconciliation using, either surface data (i.e. comparing hourly VOC data with the upwind data) or aircraft data (Baylor aircraft). This project also includes and apportointment analysis using PMF (positive matrix factorization). Differences between the 3 methods and cross- interpretation between the methods will be conducted.
