The objective of this project is to quantify and evaluate the impact on Houston-Galveston ozone formation of applying humidity and temperature corrections to the in-use emissions from on-road and off-road diesel engines. ENVIRON and subcontractor Southwest Research Institute will provide estimates and analyze the impact of the humidity and temperature corrections on the emissions inventory and model the change in ozone formation.
