H31.2004 is a two part project studying and demonstrating the analytical techniques that are available to measure VOC’s at petrochemical facilities. Phase IA is a literature/company review of the techniques available for measuring and monitoring VOC's. The study includes comments about potential applications for reducing VOC's, and to the second Texas Air Quality field study, TexAQSII. Phase IA should provide a comprehensive review that describes the "state-of-the-science" analytical techniques for measuring and monitoring VOC's.
