The purpose of this project is to improve estimates of VOC emissions associated with railcar loading activity in the Houston-Galveston-Brazoria (HGB) Ozone Nonattainment Area. Previous research has identified leaking railcar loading arm fittings as potentially under-reported sources of VOC emissions.
