Organization

TERC is governed by a board of directors who oversee a research management organization and is informed by the TERC Advisory Council. The research management organization (Houston Advanced Research Center, or HARC) works with the Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) and the Research Teams to generate state-of-the-science air quality research projects.
