TERC Board Meetings
The TERC Board is composed of 11 members including the Mayor of Houston, six County Judges, the Executive Director of Environmental Defense, a former Chairman of the Dallas Chamber of Commerce and a former Chairman of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. The Board meets once each quarter to set the direction of the air quality research. The Board reviews the pertinent proceedings of legislative sessions, the budgets and progress on existing research projects, approval of new research projects and other administrative duties that require action by the board.

TERC Advisory Council Meetings
The TERC Advisory Council is comprised of 20 individuals who are knowledgeable in the areas of public policy and ozone science. The Council meets once each month to advise and support the Board of Directors in achieving the goals of the Consortium. The Advisory Council's activities will be supported by the Consortium's Executive Director.
Science Advisory Committee Meetings
The Science Advisory Committee (SAC) is composed of individuals from the scientific, public health, and/or public policy communities who are knowledgeable with regard to ozone science and air modeling research. The SAC reviews and prioritizes research projects to be funded through TERC. The primary goal of the SAC is to ensure that the selection and implementation of research projects is fair, efficient, independent and scientifically valid.
The SAC meets to discuss projects twice per year. Some meetings are not open to the public, however the information concerning all meetings that are open to the public will be posted here.

Environmental Technical Advisory Council Meetings
The Environmental Technical Advisory Council (ETAC) is composed of nationally recognized experts in diesel engine technology, especially those technologies related to pollution reduction. The ETAC reviews and prioritizes the requests for grant proposals and the submissions to be funded through TERC.
The ETAC meets on an as needed basis. Some meetings are not open to the public, however the information concerning all meetings that are open to the public will be posted here.
