Most TERC air quality research projects are awarded to pre-qualified contractors that include universities, national laboratories and several private firms. In order to become pre-qualified an organization must submit an application during the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) time period. The last RFQ was posted in December 2006. No additional RFQ's have been planned at this time.
