TERC's NTRD program is guided by the NTRD Strategic Research Plan which is developed and updated as needed by TERC's Environmental Technology Advisory Committee (ETAC). The ETAC is composed of nationally recognized diesel engine design and pollution control experts.. TERC's Annual Reports provide the historical details of TERC's accomplishments as well as plans for the future.
