On-Road SCRT Retrofit System

Sub-Grantees:Johnson Matthey

Fully engineered, urea-based SCR and SCRT mobile retrofit systems are JM’s next major product scheduled for full commercialization. JM’s SCRT system reduces NOx emissions by 60-80%, in addition it reduces PM emissions by over 25% (SCR with DOC) and 90% (SCRT with DPF) as well as HC and CO by 60-90%. JM is currently in our final stages of on-road product development The proposed technology is JM SCRT system which includes a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) or CRT diesel particulate filter, urea dosing equipment, the SCR catalyst, an oxidation catalyst, an interactive engine control unit, and various sensors (including a NOx sensor).
