NOx Reduction System for Medium Speed Diesel Engines

This proposal presents several proven and practical methods of NOx reduction from on-highway diesel engines that when combined as a single system may offer a technological alternative to the application of a Selective Catalytic Reduction System for medium speed diesel engines used in marine and locomotive applications.
Contained in this new proposal are several proven technologies that when combined together as one method for the reduction of NOx emissions from medium speed diesel engines, have the distinct advantage of being complementary to the combination of technologies applied and tested in RFGA-07 Grant 21.
