Introduction:
The purpose of this study is to quantify emissions from heater-treaters (separators) and storage tank batteries, including flash and condensate tanks, associated with the upstream oil and gas industry in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) and Houston-Galveston-Brazoria (HGB) ozone nonattainment areas, and Jefferson County.  This study will support State Implementation Plan (SIP) development for the 8-hour ozone standard by providing improved emissions estimates for this source category.
